Creative expression is a must for the human experience and comes in many shapes and forms.

 

My creative bug can strike at any moment, literally.  It can be an outburst of movement or silly gesture or a solitude project of putting an idea together with details.  Ideas pop into my head anywhere and anytime, and even though I may not be the expert, the desire to express it is real. Especially if it flutters my heart or touches my soul.

Explore what works for you. The key is to just do it. Don't hold back because you're older now, or you think you can't or was never good enough, or that it doesn't matter anymore - as if the train has passed!  That kind of attitude is poppycock!  Quit the excuses. If you have a light inside, let it shine. The Dance of Life is not over until we move on and away from this Earth, so don't be afraid to be imperfect, look silly, or feel vulnerable. What the heck! Let it go and spread some joy! EXPRESS YOURSELF!  YOU MATTER! BE YOU!
