Join me on our 2nd Laughter Hike at beautiful Rockefeller State Park Preserve - Rockwood Area. Parking lot is located near end of Rte 117 by Phelps Hospital & Kendal on Hudson. Easy trail with laughter, breathing and stretching exercises along the way. Oh, did I mention the views!!! Last time I was on the trail, I saw 3 bald eagles.
