In celebration of World Laughter Day, come hike along with Linda, a certified Laughter Yoga Leader, as she guides you along the Aqueduct and Rockefeller State Park trails, filled with laughter, breathing and clapping exercises along the way. Midway through, we will take a 1-minute pause to pray silently for World Peace, and then continue with spreading unconditional laughter and vibrations of harmony and compassion all over the world and into our community.

Notes

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. It's an easy hike.

Feel free to create banners or placards with slogans such as “World peace through Laughter, Laugh for Life, Love and Laughter.

This event is FREE to all. Come with a smile expect to laugh a lot for no reasons.

If inclement weather, the hike will be rescheduled.

Location

We will meet in the parking lot of Sleepy Hollow High School and then start our hike on the OCA (Old Croton Aqueduct) trailhead located on Rte 448 (Beford Road).
